OH Amendment to “Use of Lose” Provision for MMSP’s

The Ohio Casino Control Commission (OCCC) is proposing one amendment to Ohio Adm.Code 3775-4-05. This amendment makes a change, applying the “use or lose” provision to all mobile management services providers (“MMSPs”), and not just designated second MMSPs.
According to the OCCC, the original language that narrowly tailors the reference to designated second MMSPs was a simple rule drafting oversight.
