Ohio: 3rd Batch of Regulations + iDEA Letter to OCCC

The Ohio Casino Control Commission (OCCC) released the 3rd batch of regulations that address involuntary exclusions, Type-C entity licensing, and the voluntary exclusion program and responsible gambling plans. Also, iDEA submitted a letter to the OCCC providing perspective on what the Commission should consider when determining the “incremental economic benefit” for granting a 2nd skin.
