The OCCC also has reminded prospective operators that they are free to engage in advertising, preregistration, and user recruitment (including accepting deposits), regardless of their licensure status. Please refer to the OCC’s FAQs for further guidance.
REMINDER November 2nd is the deadline to submit complete, final, and Commission-approved versions of responsible gaming plans, required procedures, house rules, facility plans, geolocation procedures, and equipment test reports. Additionally, all standard sports gaming employee applications are due by November 2.
