Ohio Casino Control Commission Releases 4th Batch of Rules – Comments due on 3/5/22

Today the OCCC released its 4th (out of 5) batch of rules for stakeholder input (access them here). These rules deal with supplier licensing and employee licensing. They also create house rules for betting and geolocation standards, and address several matters related to retail betting.
We will be reviewing the proposed rules and welcome your thoughts on areas where it would make sense for iDEA to weigh in.
