Ohio Releases Draft Applications for Stakeholder Feedback by May 13

Ohio has released DRAFT license applications for stakeholder feedback to the OCCC by May 13, 2022 for suppliers, key employees and general employees. The full communication from the OCCC is in the expanded part of this update.

Sports Gaming Stakeholders,

The Commission is providing an opportunity for stakeholder comment on draft applications as part of its commitment to solicit feedback on matters concerning sports gaming implementation. These are the last application drafts that the Commission will release. Currently, the Commission is seeking comment on three applications:

These are the only draft applications the Commission is accepting comment on at this time.

Please note that the Key Sports Gaming Employee Application contains the Ohio Supplement to the Multi-Jurisdictional Personal History Disclosure Form (“Disclosure Form”) as well as the Disclosure Form itself. The Disclosure Form can be found at the end of the Ohio Supplement at the link above.
