Ohio Senator Introduces Bill to Reduce Sports Gaming Tax Rate

Ohio Senator Antani introduced Senate Bill 190.
This bill would reduce the sports gaming tax rate from 20% to 10%. The bill was referred to the Senate Finance Committee. It is highly unlikely that this bill gains any traction or sees much movement, especially given the fact that Ohio’s Governor was the one who originally proposed raising the tax rate to 20%.
