Ontario: New Policy Raises Concern

The Attorney General’s office, in concert with the AGCO notified one supplier that their policy will be that they expect suppliers to licensed operators to notify the regulator of any potential illegal activity by the operator.
iDEA is evaluating the situation and considering sending a letter expressing concern about, or opposition to, such a policy.
