Ontario preparing to accept applications, set to launch in December.

Ontario continues the process of preparing for a September date for accepting applications, though there is some expectation that the initial application date will slip from the initial 9/6 to some later date in September. They are still set on a 12/6 launch for iGaming and mobile sports wagering.
The actual application forms have not been released yet, but the application guides for operators and suppliers are linked below. Next week, AGCO is expected to release the terms of the contract between operators and the AGCO subsidiary. It is likely to have a 20% tax rate. There remains a question of whether an additional 3% digital service tax from the national government would also apply.
