Possible Progress for Sports Betting in FL

United States Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts issued a temporary stay of a lower court ruling in the West Flagler sports betting case that would have allowed sports betting to move forward in Florida.
Chief Justice Roberts ordered that a response be filed by the US Department of Interior by Wednesday, October 18, 2023, by 5 pm.
