Sen. Alvarado Files 1st TX Sports Betting Resolution Ahead of New Legislative Session

The resolution, SJR 17, would create the Texas Gaming Commission, and authorize casino gaming and sports wagering.
The new legislative session begins on Jan. 10, 2023.
