South Carolina HB 3749 Still in Committee

To date, there has been little legislative movement in South Carolina. House Bill 3749, which was carried over from 2023, hasn’t moved out of committee.
The crossover deadline for bills to pass out of one legislative chamber and be sent to the other chamber is April 10th.
