Tennessee Issues Emergency Rules for Sports Betting

The Sports Wagering Advisory Council, which has taken over the regulatory reigns for sports betting, has issued their emergency rules, which can be accessed here.
The new rule set essentially keeps the status quo with respect to the mandatory hold requirement. A previous version of the new rules made this requirement even more onerous, and iDEA and others were successful in removing those additional requirements.
