Update From Georgia Hearings

After a couple hours of debate and discussion the Committee voted yesterday to approve both the constitutional amendment and the sports enabling legislation. They can be read here and here.

There was an attempt to limit the constitutional amendment bill to only address sports betting, however, that effort was defeated.  There are a few more steps these bills will need to take before being approved. We will keep you updated on progress.
