The staff of the Washington State Gambling Commission (WSGC) recommended to decrease the fee for major sports betting vendors to $30,000, for mid-level vendors to $5,000, and for ancillary vendors to $2,000.
Commissioners voted to continue to file the proposal for rule making, and it should be published in the Washington State Register on Apr. 5 with a (potential final) hearing scheduled for May 11. A copy of of the recommendation can be accessed here.
