Updated Rules From Ohio Casino Control Commission

The Ohio Casino Control Commission (OCCC) has begun drafting regulations and has already provided updates to their first batch of rules related to provisional licensing, independent testing laboratories, and integrity monitoring providers.

The 2nd batch of rules are expected week of 01/23.
iDEA continues to engage with the Ohio Casino Control Commission during the regulatory process and is also evaluating what legislative “fixes” to pursue in 2022.
