Maryland Lottery and Gaming Commission Proposes New Rules

On 08/29, the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Commission (MLGC) issued proposed new rules related to sports betting and DFS.
The proposed rules, as well as summary of the OSB changes can be found on the iDEA Member Portal. The rules still need to be formally published in the Maryland Register for the 30-comment period to officially open. They were not included in the 09/06 Register, so the earliest they could be included is 09/20.
