Update on Arkansas Racing Commission Proposed Rules

On November 24, the Arkansas Racing Commission posted a formal notice of proposed rules and a 30-day comment period. Proposed rules can be viewed here.
The Racing Commission will hold their next meeting on December 30. iDEA is evaluating the new rule and determining whether to issue comments ahead of the meeting.
