Wyoming Schedules Another Hearing on HB 162

HB 162 was scheduled for a hearing and vote on January 30, however, testimony and debate on other bills went far over time and the discussion on iGaming was limited to testimony of two tribes who oppose the bill. A new hearing has been scheduled for February 3, and iDEA will be testifying.
According to our lobbyist, they believe the bill will pass out of committee and could advance to the House floor later in the week.
