MD Commission Proposes Elimination of Promotional Deductions for OSB Operators and Casino Table Games

On 09/26 the Commission issued proposed rules that would eliminate promotional deductions for OSB operators as well as for land-based casino table games.
A full update and copies of the proposed rules can be found on the Member Portal. These rules and the other proposed rules shared previously (see Member Portal) have not been published in the Register. Once published, a 30 day comment period will open. The next edition of the Register will publish on 10/04.
