iDEA Files Amicus Brief in Support of Appeal by New Hampshire Lottery Opposing US DOJ Expansion of Wire Act

Yesterday, Ifrah Law submitted an amicus brief on behalf of the iDevelopment and Economic Association (iDEA) in the First Circuit Court of Appeals. The amicus brief supports appeal by the New Hampshire Lottery Commission and their service provider NeoPollard, challenging the U.S. Department of Justice in their attempt to broaden the scope of the Wire Act.
