- iGaming content provider, EveryMatrix announced a partnership with Supremeland Gaming Inc. on DraftKings Casino. This partnership signifies EveryMatrix’s first exclusive content aggregation in the US and the operator says it will make the most of it. The first release will be in the New Jersey online casino market, one of the industry’s revenue leaders. Other states will follow, the company said.

- Genius Sports raised its full-year revenue and adjusted EBITDA expectations after topping guidance with a strong first quarter. Genius now expects $82 million in adjusted EBITDA on $500 million in revenue for 2024, according to its earnings release Wednesday. That implies a 16.4% margin, up 3.5 percentage points from 2023. This marks the ninth straight quarter the sports betting data supplier reported better-than-forecasted results. The stock was up slightly after earnings but eventually closed Wednesday down 0.7% to $5.38 on almost double its average daily volume.

In this inaugural alliance, Infront Bettor will deliver Rush Street Interactive a range of betting odds and live video content. According to a press statement, Rush Street Interactive Chief Executive Officer Richard Schwartz said this collaboration allows them to beat up their offerings to accommodate a larger audience.

- PlayNy: New Addabbo Bill Would Legalize Online Poker, Creating Up To 10 Platforms In New York
- A New York State Senate bill that would legalize online poker in NY has a familiar sponsor. Sen. Joseph Addabbo Jr. has introduced S9226 after seeing previous attempts to legalize online casinos in New York fail to gain steam in the state legislature. The proposed bill would allow the state to issue as many as 10 online poker licenses at a fee of $10 million each. Revenue from online poker would be taxed at 15%, which is a lower figure than previous Addabbo proposals. The bill would also define online poker as a game of skill rather than chance, which could have sweeping impact on how New York views gaming.

- The Ohio Casino Control Commission recently proposed changes to a rule requiring sports-betting license holders to use their licenses or risk losing them. The current rule states that administrative action to revoke the license would be taken if sports betting licenses are unused for a year or more.
